  • Provide technical expertise to contribute to define the best technical solutions

  • Lead: Support team lead on daily or weekly project meetings
  • Provide responsive, high-quality service that exceeds expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT
  • Experience in banking area and associated systems (preferably)
  • Experience in areas like: risk, accounting, compliance, tax, financial security and payments (preferably)
  • Good communication skills: effective and efficient
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Solid proven knowledge on the following areas: Java Development: Showcasing robust skill set with API Design and implementation. Exposure to various framework like Spring, JPA and Hibernate
  • Back-end Development: Expertise in server-side development, including working with databases (SQL, NoSQL), RESTful APIs, micro-services architecture, and server technologies like Node.js, Express, or similar
  • Software architecture and design Patterns: Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns to create scalable, maintainable, and secure applications
  • Application Deployment - CI/CD: Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD), including version control (Git), build automation (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience in writing unit tests, integration tests, and implementing QA processes to ensure the reliability and quality of the software
  • Cloud Services: Experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging their services for scalability, reliability, and performance. (nice to have)
