Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated tech dev analyst with strong analytical and data skills to support end-to-end system mapping, critical data element identification, lead requirements gathering, design and development across multiple technology platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead dev team to work with business stakeholders, product managers and data architects to analyze, document business, functional and data requirements
  • Perform data lineage analysis, mapping data flow between systems (source to target)
  • Lead developers and collaborate with data engineers to ensure technical feasibility and correct implementation of the requirements
  • Lead dev team to design and develop technical solutions
  • Identify and document physical and logical data elements, including Critical Data Elements (CDEs) per regulatory or business criteria
  • Analyze existing data models, source systems, and integration layers to extract metadata
  • Actively contribute to data governance initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Java, SQL, data profiling, and data mapping tools
  • Understanding of logical and physical data models, data dictionaries, and metadata management
  • Experience working on projects involving data transformation, system integration, or data warehousing
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
