Job Description:

We’re seeking a highly motivated tech dev analyst with strong analytical and data skills to support end-to-end system mapping, critical data element identification, lead requirements gathering, design and development across multiple technology platforms.

Job Responsibility:

Lead dev team to work with business stakeholders, product managers and data architects to analyse, document business, functional and data requirements
Perform data lineage analysis, mapping data flow between systems (source to target)
Lead developers and collaborate with data engineers to ensure technical feasibility and correct implementation of the requirements
Lead dev team to design and develop technical solutions
Identify and document physical and logical data elements, including Critical Data Elements (CDEs) per regulatory or business criteria
Analyze existing data models, source systems, and integration layers to extract metadata
Actively contribute to data governance initiatives.

Requirements:

Proficient in Java, SQL, data profiling, and data mapping tools
Understanding of logical and physical data models, data dictionaries, and metadata management
Experience working on projects involving data transformation, system integration, or data warehousing
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
