Job Description:

This role involves a variety of responsibilities related to technology installation, user support, network maintenance, and system administration.

Job Responsibility:

Install new applications, operating system updates, devices, and peripherals to ensure the smooth running of technological systems
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for users, which include setting up and managing macOS, Windows, and email accounts
Diagnose and address network outages, providing necessary support for network equipment
Educate users on best practices for using Microsoft Windows, macOS, M365/SharePoint, and VPN connectivity
Provide support in a mixed environment of iOS, macOS, and Windows
Manage enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Exchange, Endpoint Manager on Windows Server
Set up, configure, and administer Windows Server
Generate preliminary and detailed designs for enhancements or modifications to existing designs, utilizing current industry design concepts and basic technical writing skills
Recommend costing and security measures for future deployments, working independently with minimal supervision
Drive the organization towards cloud best practices and supporting technologies to enable capabilities such as DevSecOps and AI

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a strong level 2/Level 3 IT Support Technician or in a similar role in the service industry
Proven expertise in Cisco Technologies
Exposure to Cloud Technologies
Familiarity with Firewall Technologies
Familiarity in troubleshooting Active Directory issues
Experience with Backup Technologies
Skills in mobile hardware troubleshooting and support like iOS, iPad, Audio/Visual technical equipment
Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
