Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Specialist to join an expanding team based in Taunton. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong foundation in IT support and a commitment to delivering high-quality service within a professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and user access management
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently
Maintain IT asset inventory and support system updates and backups
Collaborate on IT projects and contribute to documentation

Requirements:

Experience in a similar IT support role
Solid understanding of Windows OS and Office 365
Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A team player with a service-oriented mindset
