Job Description (JD): Serve as the clinical lead responsible for case assessment, protocol compliance, and therapy planning. Evaluate all walk-in and referred patients for ISR therapy eligibility. Drive evidence-based management of diabetes and metabolic conditions. Coordinate multidisciplinary care with the nephrologist for CKD/DKD cases. Provide mentorship and medical oversight to ISR specialists and nurses. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Weekly review of all active ISR cases. ≥90% patient adherence to therapy schedules. 100% accuracy and completeness in EMR documentation. Actively participate in monthly clinical audits and treatment reviews.
