Job Description:

Are you great with tech and even better with people? We're looking for an onsite IT Support Technician to join our fast-paced environment and support over 12,000 users across the territory.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver top-notch in-person and remote IT support across desks, offices, and field locations
Solve hardware, software, and network issues with confidence
Manage logistics, stock control, and back-office IT tasks
Work through ticketing systems and follow procedures to keep things running smoothly

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Windows
M365
Active Directory
iPhones
Macs
printers
audiovisual equipment (Cisco)
Familiarity with network protocols and IT security
Microsoft-savvy and ready to troubleshoot with critical thinking
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Clear communicator & customer-first mindset
Reliable, organized, and a true team player
Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
