IT Support Specialist

• Troubleshooting technical problems related to user hardware (laptops, printers, monitors, etc.)
• Providing user support for Microsoft 365 and other business applications
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with Microsoft Windows systems
• Installing and configuring new systems as well as managing and administering them according to internal requirements
• Ensuring the proper functioning of networking equipment in cooperation with the Group IT department

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a 1st line IT support or similar position
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems
• Experience in basic Office 365 administration
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Ability to diagnose and locate network issues will be an asset
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under time pressure
• Commitment, independence, and reliability
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Polish & English (min. B2) - cooperation with Global IT
