IT Tech Support and Development Specialist Type: Permanent FTE with Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide support primarily for Microsoft technologies and some Mac users
  • Write SQL queries and utilize C# for light development tasks
  • Assist in improving business processes through technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot VPN, virtual desktops, network issues, and Excel files

Requirements:

  • Computer Science or related degree
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support and development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Windows, C#, VBA, SQL Server, Office Suite)
