Job Description:

Paragon Cyber Solutions is an award-winning, woman-owned small business providing cybersecurity, CMMC, and IT services to federal and commercial clients. We support mission-critical programs across the DoD and civilian agencies and operate with a lean, execution-focused model. This role is a local contract opportunity for an experienced IT professional who can provide both hands-on and remote systems support. The IT Support Consultant will provide on-demand IT services including endpoint setup, tenant administration, and on-site technical support at our test center. The contractor will manage their own schedule while responding to tasks and service requests within agreed upon timeframes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform on-site updates and maintenance for PCs at Paragon’s test center and corporate office (as required)
  • Configure and deploy new corporate laptops (imaging, security, user setup)
  • Provide remote administration support for Microsoft 365 / Entra ID tenant
  • Execute administrative support and updates for Google Workspace tenant
  • Troubleshoot endpoint, access, and account issues
  • Implement security best practices as directed
  • Document work performed and provide clear handoff notes
  • Additional duties as agreed upon

Requirements:

  • Proven experience providing IT support in small to mid-size environments
  • Hands-on experience with Windows endpoints and laptop deployment
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and identity environments
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks without daily supervision
  • Must be local to the Tampa Bay area and available for on-site work as needed

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting testing centers or secure environments
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or compliance-driven organizations
  • Experience supporting government contractors or regulated clients
