We are seeking an Application Architect to define, develop, and govern the application infrastructure architecture across the entire VOIS organisation. The individual will shape the application landscape used across multiple countries, ensure compliance with architecture standards, support project teams with solution design reviews, and collaborate closely with network, infrastructure, security, and implementation teams.
Job Responsibility:
Define and maintain the organisation-wide application infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment across all VOIS locations
Support service transition projects by reviewing architecture-compliant solution designs, contributing to effort estimations, and supporting vendor selection
Review and approve solution designs to ensure they adhere to established guidelines and standards
Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and information security teams to ensure cohesive and secure architecture models
Own and manage the Application Lifecycle Management tool, maintaining accurate records of all applications in use
Requirements:
Experienced in developing reference architecture models for large-scale global IT organisations
Skilled in contact centre application infrastructure, including Windows, UNIX, virtualisation, cloud containers, VDI, and Citrix environments
Knowledgeable in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, and eTOM
Proven in designing application infrastructure solutions for complex IT programmes
Experienced in working within global communication service providers or large IT organisations
Hold a relevant technical degree with 4+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture
