Job Description:

Working with a dedicated team of IT professionals, you will be providing first and second line support to over 320 end users. This role is based onsite in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire. Working Monday-Thursday 8.45am-5.15pm and Fridays 8.45am-4.30pm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide IT systems and user support as part of the team, with a focus on ensuring the users business needs are met, and offering 1st and 2nd line technical assistance to our user base
  • Collaborate with the IT Systems Manager to evaluate and improve technological efficiency, while identifying opportunities to streamline procedures within the team
  • Build relationships with end users to increase IT presence & visibility across Campden BRI
  • Provide documentation and user training where appropriate

Requirements:

  • IT qualification
  • Experience in IT Services / Operations
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments with good understanding of their features
  • Excellent knowledge of building, setup, and deploying Microsoft Windows 11 devices
  • Strong understanding of computer security and Active Directory
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with end users
  • Must hold a valid driving license and own transport

Nice to have:

Any knowledge or previous experience with Azure and / or Intune would be beneficial
