Job Description:

We're looking for a Junior IT Risk Specialist, who must be based in Porto. This professional will be part of a team ensuring the Third Party IT Risk Management (TPTRM) deployment including Cloud solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinating Cloud solutions’ assessment related deliverables
Reporting the progress of Cloud documentation to the Cloud leaders
Middle office for TPTRM team: Update and maintain a high level of data quality in the Group Tool regarding IT Third Parties
Perform duties related to the administration and follow-up of processes of COE ICT Risks team on all IT Risk related topics including but not limited to: Key Risk Indicators
Obsolescence
Shadow/Light IT
Permanent Controls
IT Risk Quality
Risks related to third party suppliers (TPTRM) and Cloud solutions
Recommendations follow-up
Historical Incidents

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area
Fluent in English (mandatory)
ServiceNow GRC IT module user experience
ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable
Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated
Very good Expertise in MS Office tools, especially Excel
