IT Resilience & Continuity Manager

• Defines & Implements IT Continuity Policies, while developing strategies, frameworks, and tools to ensure resilience and compliance with group standards
• Enhances Disaster Recovery (DR) Solutions, while guiding IT asset managers in crafting recovery strategies for various scenarios and ensure alignment with continuity requirements
• Leads IT Continuity Exercises, planning, coordinating and overseeing DR tests to validate recovery effectiveness, while gathering and analyzing evidence for consistency
• Maintains accurate documentation and reporting of IT continuity plans, incident reports, and procedural guidelines
• Conducts awareness programs to strengthen continuity readiness across teams
• Drives improvements in IT continuity processes to maximize efficiency and resilience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field
• At least 4/5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of French is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Data Analysis tools
• Driven to team work
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (ability to present and simplify complex information to various stakeholders)
