We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources/Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of top-tier technical talent, playing a crucial role in scaling our engineering and IT departments.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with technical hiring managers to understand their team needs, project goals, and specific technical requirements for open roles
Develop and implement effective and innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill and niche technical positions
Write and post clear, compelling, and accurate technical job descriptions
Source candidates using a variety of tools including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
Employ advanced search techniques, including Boolean strings and X-Ray searching, to identify passive candidates
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified and diverse technical professionals for future hiring needs
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and experience against job requirements
Conduct initial phone/video screening interviews to evaluate technical acumen, soft skills, motivation, and cultural fit
Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and gathering feedback from hiring teams
Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating salary, benefits, and start dates
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
Assist with pre-onboarding documentation and coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS/CRM
Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
Stay current on IT industry trends, technology stacks, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Proven [X] years of full-cycle IT or Technical Recruiting experience, either corporate (in-house) or agency side
Demonstrable experience recruiting for roles such as Software Development (Java, Python, C++), Cloud Engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Science, or specialized IT Infrastructure roles
Strong understanding of IT roles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps), and common technical terminology
Ability to quickly learn and understand new technology stacks and job requirements
Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Results-driven, highly organized, and an innovative problem-solver
Nice to have:
Experience with employer branding initiatives in the tech sector
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or technical recruiting
Familiarity with specific technical assessment tools (e.g., HackerRank, CodeSignal)
