Job Responsibility:

  • Shape the future: As an IT Quality method expert you will be part of the Center of Excellence for Bosch Digital Quality Methods and will be actively leading, moderating and working with various product/solution and service teams for technical risk management to overall enhance the quality of IT products, solutions, and services at Bosch Digital
  • Responsible for technical risk management at Bosch Digital
  • Further development of preventive quality methods to improve the quality of Product/Solution/Services at Bosch Digital, particularly in the technical area
  • Use creativity and freedom: having an eye for innovations in IT Quality Methods, tech and an expert understanding of technical risk management trends, methodologies, standards, processes and able to adapt it internally within Bosch Digital in the respective area of expertise and able to consult and implement changes and continuously improve the method and related process
  • Assume responsibility: Together with the IT product and solution team, you are responsible for the right usage of the relevant technical risk management quality methods, supporting the realization of best in class Bosch IT products, solutions and services and should be able to consult, lead and work with different product, solution and service teams as the technical risk management QM Method expert
  • Support/participates in Bosch committees on technical risk management
  • Conduct training in the field of preventive quality methods
  • Moderation of FMEA meetings and other technical risk methods
  • Contact for technical risk management and preventive quality methods
  • Live cooperation: As part of an international team, you work closely with internal Bosch customers to improve the quality of products, solutions and services by effective application of the relevant Quality Management Methods
  • Collaboration with Technical Risk Management colleagues worldwide for Bosch Digital

Requirements:

  • Completed studies with a focus on information technology (computer science, software engineering, etc.) or comparable qualification in IT
  • In-depth software and IT skills (e.g. S4/Hana, AI) with at least 4 years of IT experience, relevant professional experience in the area of software development (e.g. software design, coding, testing) including roll-out, product/solution/service operation as well as in product design
  • Experienced in FMEA and other technical risk methods would be an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of various software development methods (e.g. Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Waterfall)
  • Excellent understanding and practical experience in Risk Management, Technical Risk Management
  • Interest in preventive methods to increase quality in Products/Solutions/Services
  • Excellent moderation skills, ideally in the area of technical risk analysis and problem-solving methods for IT products/solutions/services
  • Training as an FMEA, T-RAM moderator would be advantageous in an IT Company
  • flexible, able to lead and work in a team across time zones, strong in communication
  • structured, analytical, solution-oriented, pragmatic, thinking out of the box, independent with an agile and problem-solving mindset
  • enjoy working in a dynamic, agile, innovative environment, ability to promote the quality methods, ability to work in a team with international cooperation and convince people
  • very good written and spoken English language skills is a must
