Job Description:

The IT Quality Assurance Analyst is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production
Conducts complex process monitoring, product evaluation and audit assignments
Ensures project standards and procedures exist and are followed throughout the software development life cycle
Monitors products for conformance to standards
Documents findings and performs root cause analyses
Gathers, maintains and creates reports on quality metrics

Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of experience dealing with IT Quality
Demonstrated execution capabilities in at least one major programmer
Experience with KPIs related with test automation, defect leakage etc.
Experience with project risk tracking
Comfortable with dealing with seniors in IT Quality forums as well as representing team in appropriate Technology forums
Experience with reporting tools
Experience with IT quality controls
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
