IT Project Tech Lead

• Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports
• Interface with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding project status
• Recommend and oversee process improvements
• Evaluate complex business processes, system processes and industry standards
• Provide expertise in IT project leadership
• Influence strategic functional decisions through advice and counsel
• Act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
• Assess risk when making business decisions
• Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

• 6-10 years experience in a related technology role
• Subject matter expert in overall field
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• Potentially Master's degree
• Developed communication and diplomacy skills
• Advanced level of understanding of IT project leadership principles
• Comprehensive understanding of how different areas integrate to achieve business objectives
• Ability to assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations
