Job Description:

Citi is seeking a hands-on IT Project Senior Manager based in Toronto, Canada. The role involves delivering and driving adoption of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Cloud within a regulated environment. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, working with compliance and risk functions, and managing dynamic timelines. Candidates should have knowledge of Program Management techniques, experience in regulated industries, and technical skills in JIRA and Confluence.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with stakeholders at all levels within the organization from Technical SMEs, specialist, vendors, users, and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of Program Management techniques including Prince2 and Agile
Background in delivering and driving adoption of AI, Generative AI or other emerging technologies
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight evolving timelines and multiple priorities
Hands-on experience working in a highly regulated environment with processes which must be adhered to
Demonstrated stakeholder management at all levels within the organization
Demonstrated partnership with supporting functions (compliance, finance, regulatory risk, etc.)
10+ years’ experience in change management for large multi-national organization (preferred)
Professional services or consulting background (preferred)
Investment banking background useful
Technical experience with JIRA and Confluence useful.
