IT Project Senior Analyst

• Provides oversight into the delivery of Markets technology BOW through project management and SDLC principles
• Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines
• Verifies team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes
• Identifies scope and impact of project risks and issues
• raises and resolves issues
• Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues
• Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of PMO governance collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business & technology goals
• Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations
• Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures

• 5-8 years experience in an IT project leadership role
• Expert level experience with SDLC processes –Agile/Waterfall methodology
• Expert level experience with managing projects, tasks, workflow and reporting in Jira and Confluence
• Comfortable in using PTS (Project tracking system)
• Experience with Senior stakeholder engagement, presentation and delivery
• Strong listening, presentation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong attention to detail in supporting management reporting with clear and concise data analysis and presentation
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• exhibits thought leadership and strong critical thinking skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• PMP or similar certification is preferred
