Job Description:

The IT Project Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role responsible for managing IT projects, coordinating teams, addressing risks, and contributing to achieving business goals.

Job Responsibility:

coordinates activities of the project team
identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines
manages large, complex projects independently
manages project financials
excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
manages escalations independently
verifies project team adherence to control and risk implementations
determines scope and impact of project risks and issues
applies concepts to resolve issues
impacts IT project leadership area through shared responsibility for delivery and resource planning
assesses risk with business decisions and ensures compliance

Requirements:

5-8 years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience
knowledge of PTS is a plus
knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (advanced/expert)
basic understanding of programming
scrum knowledge will be an added advantage

Nice to have:

scrum knowledge
knowledge of PTS
basic understanding of programming
