Job Description:

The IT Project Senior Analyst will manage Reviews At Citi intakes and PTS UAT cycles in collaboration with the ETR team for the Org PMO. The role involves serving as a Project Manager for RPA solutions, leading cross-functional collaboration, conducting UAT testing, and driving process improvements across PMO tools. The candidate will also utilize expertise in low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau and work within a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BA-related enhancements in Reviews At Citi (RAC) and Project Tracking System (PTS)
drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective communication with business and technology partners
conduct and manage UAT testing for BA requirements with cross-enterprise stakeholders
evaluate potential systemic solutions to improve user experience and data capture
lead the end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives from ideation to delivery
utilize expertise in low-code platforms to design and implement tailored solutions
provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, progress, and adjustments
develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
recommend and oversee process improvements
provide expertise in IT project leadership
define problems and develop innovative solutions
assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in the overall field
proven experience as a PM with PTS and Investment
experience with I@C, PTS, enterprise program management tools (e.g., MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr), and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
experience with low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau is preferred
strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
experience working in a banking or regulatory environment
superior oral and written communication skills with well-developed listening skills
strong problem-solving skills
willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
5+ years of Program and Project Management experience
ability to demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
excellent interpersonal relationships with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
5+ years of experience identifying key project requirements and ensuring successful delivery
proven ability to lead through influence, partner through conflict, and work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Nice to have:

Experience with low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau
