The Process Quality Assurance (PQA) Team sits within the Project Management Control Effectiveness division as part of the Organization Project Management Office (Org PMO). PQA is responsible for reviewing the Book of Work for completion of required documents and their timelines. The IT Project Analyst is a trainee professional role. Documents are scoped and reviewed as they are completed in the Project Tracking System. Review results drive remediation actions. Continuous improvement of the PQA framework and knowledge sharing with the Project Management Community are key areas of focus.
Job Responsibility:
Performing quality reviews and enforcement of quality standards against the PM procedures
Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
Documenting quality assurance activities
Making recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Good attention to detail able to identify issues and suggest improvements
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
