Job Description:

The IT Project Analyst 2 is a developing professional role that applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.

Job Responsibility:

Develops project task lists and executes/implements activities related to project communication, documentation, and reporting
Collaborates in development of project business and system requirements and develops required project documentation
Communicates with management regarding status of specific projects
Utilizes project management tools to develop/create and prepare project status tracking reports and required metrics for reporting purposes
Performs analysis of project deliverables to update/publish processes, procedures and standards
Participates in internal and external audits
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

2-3 years experience in an IT project leadership role
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Good understanding of IT project leadership procedures and concepts
Basic knowledge of other technical areas
Understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives
