Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Manages and monitors IT project billing processes, ensuring accurate follow-up and reporting
Prepares and tracks consumption reports for IT projects and headcount consumption reports
Tracks and manages the billing of suppliers, while implementing savings actions

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management or similar
+2 years of experience as Project Manager or in Billing and Invoicing Management
Knowledge of Supplier Management, Billing, Budget and Invoices
Experience in Agile methodologies
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Proficiency in English and French
Organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
