Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned professional with proven track record of PMO or Program/Portfolio Management within Technology, Banking or Consultancy industry. This role works with Finance & Risk functions to design cutting edge solutions in a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate across team of PM's & PMOs to ensure compliance with consent order/regulatory mandates
Provide status reporting on Citi's investments process
Coordination for several areas within regulatory projects portfolio
Assist technology leads and project managers in managing investments process & adherence to regulatory mandates
Liaise with COO, Technology Central Business Office, Technology Leads, and Management Office team
Provide insightful financial and business analyses
Develop senior management reports
Define and track key operational/program metrics
Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical subject
Domain certification in project management or project/program financials
8+ years relevant experience with PMP or equivalent certification (10+ years without certification)
Strong understanding of project or portfolio level financials & reporting
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail in supporting management reporting

Nice to have:

Proven track record of PMO or Program/Portfolio Management within Technology, Banking or Consultancy industry
Ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines in fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Coaching and mentoring experience
Experience coordinating among diverse teams
Management status update preparation & review
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies
