IT Lead

As IT Lead at Tandem, you’ll be responsible for designing and operating the internal systems that keep our team fast, secure, and productive. You’ll oversee our infrastructure across identity, access, device management, and compliance — while also supporting day-to-day IT needs like access requests, device provisioning, and distributed workforce support. This role requires both systems thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll help define foundational IT workflows and tooling as we scale, while also serving as the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving issues across the team. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance to ensure the environment we’re building is robust, secure, and built for scale. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Tandem's success.
