Job Description:

IT Infrastructure Specialist role at Bosch involving solving system incidents, analyzing IT infrastructure alerts, performing operational tasks, and collaborating with support teams in a multinational environment.

Job Responsibility:

Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to defined Service Levels
Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by corporate IT systems
Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
Cooperation with other support teams within the entire organization
Building up and contributing to Knowledge Base

Requirements:

IT operational support experience
Deep technical knowledge in Operation systems (Windows, Linux), Virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), Storage
Knowledge of IT infrastructure
Good English skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work in a team
Stress-resistance
Willingness to learn

Nice to have:

ITSM knowledge
ITIL certification
