IT Infrastructure Project Manager

• Lead the creation of project proposals and charters, gaining buy-in from stakeholders
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies
• Track project progress, reporting regularly to stakeholders and adapting plans as needed
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and vendors
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, while maintaining high quality standards
• Monitor and follow product strategy and roadmap
• Provide leadership and support to engineers

• 3+ years of proven experience in project management, ideally within IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Strong experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira
• Proficiency in English (Business level)
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
• Valid working visa in Japan
