The role is primarily focused on managing IT infrastructure, processing common Helpdesk issues, ensuring CMMC Compliance, and supervising one Helpdesk team member.
Job Responsibility:
Overseeing and troubleshooting common Helpdesk issues
Ensuring compliance with CMMC, including patching, backups, and proper use of equipment
Managing the IT infrastructure and providing high-level IT support
Leading the IT team and serving as the primary point of contact for IT-related matters
Spearheading the CMMC Compliance Certification Process
Utilizing Linux and O365 in the support and administration of systems and networks
Leveraging skills in Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, Dell, and Firewall technologies
Conducting AB Testing and Cluster Analysis as needed
Managing Active Directory and Backup Technologies
Maintaining and updating computer hardware
Patching systems and conducting system backups as necessary
Offering mentorship and support across various areas
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Infrastructure Manager role or similar
