IT Helpdesk Administrator

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
• Answer telephone queries, providing exceptional customer service
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
