Job Description:

The IT Senior Group Manager manages multiple teams, drives strategy, and ensures alignment of systems with business goals. The role requires extensive managerial experience, industry expertise, and strategic planning capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Defines and implements systems aligned with business strategy and goals
Resolves a variety of broad-based and complex issues
Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations
Impacts the technology sub-function by strategic influence and resource control
Negotiates with senior leaders across functions
Appropriately assesses risk in business decisions

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in multiple technology disciplines with extensive experience in business, functional and people management
Budget management, Risk & Control management, influencing skills
Managerial experience
Más de 10 años trabajando en Tecnología, u organizaciones relacionadas, mandatorio
Más de 5 años trabajando en la Industria Bancaria, mandatorio
Más de 3 años gestionando la Relación Estratégica con el Área de Finanzas Contraloría
Más de 3 años de experiencia en Proyectos, Mejoras y Soporte de Sistemas para Finanzas (sobre todo para la Contraloría, o Contabilidad)
Más de 3 años gestionando Planes de Continuidad de las Operaciones (aspectos tecnológicos) para el Área de Finanzas Contraloría
Más de 5 años gestionando equipos compuestos por más de 10 personas internas
Gestión de un Presupuesto de Inversiones y Gastos
Manejando inversiones superiores a los US$ 20 millones anuales
Manejando gastos recurrentes anuales de US$ 10 millones anuales

Nice to have:

Implemented from the beginning a Suite for Finance Accounting (e.g., General Ledger)
Familiarity with financial suites such as SAP or Oracle
