Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Director to oversee the technological infrastructure and services of our organization in San Antonio, Texas. This role ensures the seamless delivery of IT solutions while aligning them with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive innovation to support organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the availability and performance of technological infrastructure, including storage systems, networks, servers, and middleware
Develop and implement IT solutions that align with critical business processes and organizational strategy
Manage complex, interdependent projects to achieve strategic goals within defined timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic technology solutions
Assemble and lead cross-functional teams for the successful execution of IT projects
Supervise infrastructure-related initiatives, ensuring accurate licensing, maintenance, and service agreements
Direct and support Technical Services staff, including organizing tasks and maintaining departmental budgets
Ensure change management processes are followed during system implementations and updates
Create and present technical documentation and briefings for various levels of organizational management
Stay updated on emerging technologies and train staff to enhance their technical expertise

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT leadership roles
Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, cloud platforms, and computer hardware systems
Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP solutions, including deployments and backups
Strong knowledge of contracts and vendor management
Expertise in deskside support and troubleshooting
Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Familiarity with change management processes and strategic planning
