Job Description:

As an IT Controlling Intern in the IT Budget and Controlling Team, you will support the financial operations and management of IT resources. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology, contributing to critical financial processes and digital transformation projects.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in quarterly financial closing processes, including the preparation and posting of accruals
Support related financial reporting tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Follow up on billing from our partner, Allianz Technologies, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Participate in the preparation and analysis of IT budgets, including variance analysis of actuals versus plan
Collaborate with the IT department to track and manage project costs
Engage in a digitalization project to transition from Excel-based processes to a new planning tool
Improve the consolidation phase for actuals reporting and to prepare files for uploading information into SAP_IP, the Group's tool with PowerQuery
Assist in the creation of new reports and dashboards using Power BI

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
