Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-oriented and technically adept IT Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support clients by implementing our software solutions and ensuring seamless integration into their systems. Your ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions will be key. If you enjoy working closely with customers and tackling technical challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Responsibility for planning, requirements analysis, and implementation of challenging customer projects
  • Consulting on technical issues and application problems
  • Independent project and schedule planning within a highly collegial and motivated team

  • Conducting software training sessions and workshops
  • Supporting sales in the area of pre-sales
  • Regular assignments with our clients – both on-site and remote

Requirements:

  • A completed degree, ideally in a technical or scientific field (e.g., computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics)
  • Professional experience in the software environment, as well as programming experience and/or solid knowledge in project management
  • Experience and enthusiasm for direct customer contact, ideally in a consulting role
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Fluency in German, excellent French skills (C1) and very good English skills
