Together with HUGO BOSS, our esteemed business partner, we have embarked on a joint venture and created the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus, dedicated to increasing the data analytics, eCommerce and technology capabilities of the company and boosting digital sales. The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate business needs into clear, customer-centric and technically sound concepts, ensuring feasibility, architectural fit, and alignment with the overall eCommerce strategy
  • Design and steer scalable eCommerce solution concepts for the eCommerce platform, ensuring robust integration with backend and third-party systems
  • Own the technical integrity and performance of the domain, ensuring stability, security, and architectural consistency throughout the lifecycle
  • Drive technical refinement and implementation quality, overseeing functional, integration and E2E testing as well as rollout readiness for global deployments
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and external partners, enabling aligned decision-making and smooth delivery flows
  • Identify architectural optimization and modernization opportunities, conducting research on modern architecture patterns, performance improvements, and emerging eCommerce trends
  • Enable teams and partners through documentation, knowledge sharing, coaching, and coordination of internal/external development resources

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in IT consulting, technical product roles or engineering with strong eCommerce focus
  • Solid understanding of modern web architectures, APIs, composable commerce, and frontend ecosystems
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and its architectural concepts is highly beneficial
  • Ability to create clear technical concepts, explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders, and drive decisions across teams
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English
