In this role, you will play a key part in bridging technology and business needs by optimizing systems, improving workflows, and supporting IT operations.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document requirements for software projects and system enhancements
Manage and enhance the Kace ticketing system, focusing on workflow optimization and reporting
Assess and recommend technology solutions in collaboration with the IT Manager and external vendors
Coordinate system implementations, lead user training sessions, and create comprehensive documentation to support users
Partner with the Manufacturing Process Analyst to align IT strategies with operational workflows
Develop and maintain standardized IT processes, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows across teams
Oversee the management and organization of SharePoint content and structure to improve usability
Identify opportunities for automation using Microsoft tools and third-party applications, and implement solutions
Work with external vendors to enhance website content management systems
Provide backup support for desktop and end-user IT-related issues to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or IT coordination roles
Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of software development life cycles and methodologies
Proficiency in Active Directory, Linux, VB, PowerShell, and Microsoft systems
Experience working with SharePoint, Visio, and enterprise platforms
Familiarity with ticketing systems, with preference for Kace experience
