IT Business Intermediate Analyst

• Being a strong expert in technology, financial data, system (end to end), operation processes of Fullsuite application
• Identifying data quality issues in the system
• Identify root cause of the issues and provide solutions
• Working with various partners (upstream/downstream systems, Operation, Finance, Business and Technology teams)
• Implement solutions for all regions (ASIA, EMEA, NAM and LATAM)
• Responsible for Consent Order deliveries and DCRM (Data Concern Remediation Management) solutions & implementation
• Debug problems by going through programming code
• Perform various complex SQL queries to identify root causes
• Involve in IT development life cycles and ensure IT provides better solutions
• Responsible for collaboration team members across various locations

• 4+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong in Oracle (SQL & PLSQL) and UNIX technologies
• Experience in Ab-initio preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in Oracle and UNIX
• Strong in financial ledger concepts and Financial and Management reporting functionalities
• Minimum 2 years experience in financial domain
• Strong in Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and stakeholders' engagement/coordination
• Strong in collaborating with team across various locations
• Knowledge and experience of finance technology, financial data, end to end system flows and operations processes of Ledger applications
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
• Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques
• Bachelor's degree or above

Experience in Ab-initio or equivalent ETL tool
