Job Description:

Sopra Steria Bulgaria seeks an IT Business Analyst with German language skills to collaborate on digital services and software projects. The company offers a secure work environment, development opportunities, and a range of benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with client business departments to understand their business needs and translate them into user stories / functional specifications
analyse complex requirements, organizations, and business processes to derive suitable target solutions
gather and document business requirements by conducting stakeholder meetings and workshops
analyse existing processes to identify the functional gap between the current and future processes
document business processes and system functional behaviour
participate in testing and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring they meet defined target and quality standards

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst within software development projects
strong analytical and conceptual skills for a pragmatic and goal-oriented approach
familiarity with agile methodologies
worked in agile teams acting as an interface between customers and developers
excellent communication skills
ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations with strong customer focus
good command of the German language (level C)
