As an IT Analyst, you will support, optimize, and troubleshoot IT systems and applications to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction. Every day you will analyze system performance, diagnose technical issues, provide timely resolutions, and participate in implementations, upgrades, and testing. To be successful, you will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of IT, and excellent communication to maintain efficiency and reliability.
Job Responsibility:
Support, optimize, and troubleshoot IT systems and applications to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction
Analyze system performance, diagnose technical issues, provide timely resolutions
Participate in implementations, upgrades, and testing
Evaluate existing IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate these into technical requirements
Design and propose IT solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure
Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Develop and execute test plans to ensure systems meet business needs and requirements
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes as needed
Requirements:
Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT analyst or similar role
Proven experience in system analysis, design, and implementation
Experience with project management and IT service management tools
