  • Implement automated backups, failover, and redundancy mechanisms for stored content
  • Optimize content caching, routing, and data retrieval performance
  • Collaborate with the blockchain team to connect IPFS content to smart contracts, NFTs, or decentralized domain systems (e.g., ENS)
  • Ensure security, rate-limiting, and access control for IPFS services
  • Set up monitoring and alerting systems for node health and data integrity
  • Stay updated with latest developments in IPFS, Filecoin, and decentralized storage protocols

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure experience
  • Strong knowledge of IPFS, libp2p, or decentralized storage technologies
  • Experience deploying and scaling distributed systems (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
  • Familiarity with Linux server management, network troubleshooting, and storage optimization
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go preferred)
  • Understanding of Web3, Ethereum, and smart contract interaction with IPFS
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
  • Fluent in English, with good communication skills and documentation habits

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Filecoin or other IPFS-compatible storage networks
  • Previous work on Web3 hosting platforms, dApps, or blockchain startups
  • Familiarity with API rate limiting, access token systems, or pay-per-pin models
  • Knowledge of decentralized identity (DID), ENS, or domain resolution via IPFS
What we offer:
  • Competitive salary, bonuses, and token equity options
  • Fully remote with option to work in Dubai HQ
  • Work on cutting-edge Web3 infrastructure at scale
  • Build meaningful tools for millions of users globally
