Lead Strategic Investor Relations Head Opportunity at a Global Manufacturing Company, Tokyo. Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute both short-term and long-term IR strategies
Craft/develop earnings presentation, script, and any other relevant materials
Plan, manage & execute IR events
Supervise qualitative description of kessan tanshin and other disclosure and publishing materials
Lead sell-side and buy-side interactions
Lead the collection and analysis of investor perceptions and feedback
Monitor the share price and industry movements
Supervise the creation of letter to individual shareholders and annual review
Lead cross functional activities with relevant functions to strengthen disclosure
Establish external and internal network and leverage the network for improving the IR quality and disclosures
People development

Requirements:

Strong understanding of financials and accounting
First-hand experience and knowledge of equity market of over 5 years
Strong communication skills in English and Japanese, in both verbal and written

Nice to have:

CFA / CPA / MBA equivalent
Experience in team management
Experience in creating financial discloses / filings or press releases (PR)
Experience in using external vendors for even organization (earnings call)
Skills to create effective presentation slides
