Job Description:

As an Operations Associate, you will support day-to-day investment operational activity across a range of asset classes including OEICs/unit trusts, ETFs, FX, listed equities, bonds, investment trusts, and occasional structured products. Your focus will be on ensuring the accurate and timely execution of trades, effective risk and control management, and the smooth running of investment processes across internal and external platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage daily dealing activity, order execution, trade settlements, and reconciliation
  • Oversee cash management, corporate actions, and risk-related controls
  • Support fund reporting and communication with Authorised Corporate Directors (ACDs)
  • Ensure client portfolios remain aligned to agreed model strategies, maintaining appropriate tolerances across multiple platforms
  • Uphold regulatory standards, internal controls, and operational best practices
  • Ensure all trading and operational processes meet industry and governance requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of wealth operations experience
  • Strong understanding of a broad range of financial instruments
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and operational processes
