Job Description:

This is a full-time paid internship program spanning ten weeks from June - August 2027. Summer Analysts will be evaluated for a full-time position within the broader Capital Markets team, with potential start dates in the year following the completion of the internship. The curated Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program provides potential placement into a full-time role with one of the following Capital Markets lines of business: Derivatives, Financing, M&A, KippsDeSanto or TripleTree. You’ll gain insight into the best investment banking practices, participate in a wide variety of networking opportunities, mentorship from senior leaders, and exposure to executives across the firm. The role is designed to prepare undergraduates for a career in investment banking through a variety of on-the-job training, detailed market analysis, financial modeling exercises, and the preparation of client engagement materials.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop an in depth understanding of Investment Banking products and services
  • Organize and create client marketing presentations, memoranda, and deliverables
  • Conduct industry and market research and analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of financial models and business valuations

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by July 2028 or earlier
  • Must be continuing in the same course of study of your most recent full-time degree program following completion of the internship
  • Major in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Mathematics
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles
  • Passion for the financial markets and the economy
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic environment
