Inventory Clerk

• Oversee the accurate entry and auditing of freight and material tickets into inventory systems
• Manage inventory documentation and maintain records to support audits and accounting processes
• Coordinate material pickups and dispatch trucks to designated locations as needed
• Utilize ShareLogix and Excel to track and update inventory data
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to material pickups
• Ensure all inventory-related activities are documented thoroughly and systematically
• Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory control processes
• Provide support during physical inventory counts and asset tracking
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues and streamline workflows
• Stay adaptable and eager to learn new systems and procedures

• Proven experience in inventory control, asset tracking, or similar roles
• Proficiency in ShareLogix and Microsoft Excel
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Experience with annual physical inventory and reporting is preferred
