Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to support inventory accuracy and operational execution within a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on maintaining inventory data integrity, supporting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and partnering with operations to ensure product movement and tracking are accurate and timely. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strong in Excel, comfortable working cross-functionally, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across systems and physical locations
  • Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes, including reconciliation and variance analysis
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes (receiving issues, transfers, data entry errors, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate inventory documentation, reports, and tracking logs
  • Partner with warehouse/operations teams to ensure proper inventory flow and reporting
  • Assist with inventory adjustments, transfers, and data cleanup as needed
  • Prepare and share inventory-related reports to support operations and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with inventory processes and internal controls

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or related roles
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
  • Experience using inventory systems/ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data
  • Ability to identify patterns, troubleshoot discrepancies, and problem solve
  • Strong communication and professionalism when working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA
