Job Responsibility:

  • Fully support the Department Manager on the development of the Company goals, strategy and tactics
  • Work with the team to assure the good execution
  • Work with the team to fully support the company and department goals on yield, quality, and cost, utilization, productivity and cycle time
  • Knowledgeable in the Prober, Tester, probe card management and machine troubleshooting with any additional wafer equipment knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronics – Computer and Information
  • Familiar any related computerized system
  • Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data
  • Able to do presentation to a big group of employees
  • Very familiar to any related Act (if any)
  • Able to work independently
  • Have a good interpersonal skill
  • Possess leadership skill to coach and guide subordinates

Nice to have:

Possess a vast working knowledge in the related practices in the industry
