International Collections Manager

We’re looking for an exceptional Collections Manager to join our Treasury team at Job&Talent, a global leader in workforce solutions for essential workers. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of collections, systems implementation, and international finance operations. This position goes beyond traditional collections management. You will lead the transformation and automation of our collections processes, implement and roll out systems across multiple countries, and act as a key partner to Treasury, local finance teams, and external consultants. You’ll combine strong collections expertise with a hands-on, project-driven mindset, helping us scale efficiently while improving cash flow and receivables performance globally.
