We’re looking for an exceptional Collections Manager to join our Treasury team at Job&Talent, a global leader in workforce solutions for essential workers. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of collections, systems implementation, and international finance operations. This position goes beyond traditional collections management. You will lead the transformation and automation of our collections processes, implement and roll out systems across multiple countries, and act as a key partner to Treasury, local finance teams, and external consultants. You’ll combine strong collections expertise with a hands-on, project-driven mindset, helping us scale efficiently while improving cash flow and receivables performance globally. If you enjoy building, implementing, and improving processes and thrive in complex, international environments, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of collections systems and tools across multiple countries
Act as a project manager for cross-functional and international initiatives, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
Partner closely with Treasury to support cash flow forecasting, planning, and working capital optimization
Work with local country finance teams to understand operational needs, align on best practices, and ensure successful adoption of new systems
Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to deliver systems implementations and process improvements
Define and monitor KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics to maximize receivables turnover and reduce overdue balances
Support automation and process optimization to improve collections efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Ensure collections processes comply with internal policies, local regulations, and best practices
Continuously identify opportunities to improve credit and collections workflows, getting hands-on when needed
Requirements:
6 - 7+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit-related roles within international or multi-entity environments
Proven experience implementing or rolling out finance or collections systems (ERP, TMS, AR tools, or similar)
Strong project management experience, leading cross-border initiatives from design to execution
Solid understanding of collections processes, receivables management, and cash flow dynamics
Experience working with multiple countries and stakeholders, able to balance global standards with local realities
Comfortable working with external consultants and third-party providers
Hands-on, proactive mindset. Someone who enjoys building, automating, and improving rather than maintaining the status quo
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across teams and geographies
English and Spanish level: C1 or higher
Nice to have:
Experience in high-growth, scale-up, or transformation environments
Exposure to treasury, working capital optimization, or order-to-cash transformations
Experience managing or mentoring team members
What we offer:
competitive pay
meaningful benefits
opportunity to shape what work looks like for millions around the globe
