As Internal Tools Developer, you will build the systems that power our People Ops, automating workflows and replacing external tools with our own integrated ecosystem. Ship fast, solve real problems, and help us work smarter.
Job Responsibility:
Building internal tools with AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor that solve real HR problems fast
Connecting PeopleForce, BlueDot, Deel, and other systems using n8n so data flows smoothly without manual work
Creating dashboards in Superset (or another suitable tool) that show the HR team what’s actually happening with hiring, onboarding, and team metrics
Working directly with HR to figure out what they need and turn it into working tools quickly
Requirements:
2+ years in fast-moving SaaS startups, building prototypes with LLM coding assistants like Cursor or Claude Code
Knowledge of n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms and can connect systems without getting stuck
Comfortable with APIs and webhooks and can debug integration issues
Hands-on BI experience, preferably Superset (dashboards, cohort, and retention analysis)
Advanced SQL skills, especially with PostgreSQL or ClickHouse, including joins and window functions
