Job Description:

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a stable working environment and a great opportunity to grow within a supportive company. The working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break daily.

Job Responsibility:

  • Interpret and respond to customer needs by using internal tools and liaising with external suppliers
  • Communicate realistic delivery timelines to clients
  • Keep product and part details consistently updated across all relevant platforms and databases
  • Work closely with colleagues in the sales support team to address any technical or product-related questions
  • Notify the finance team of any updates or changes to customer account information to ensure records remain accurate
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the department

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in internal sales or sales administration is essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using business systems and maintaining accurate records
