This is a full-time, permanent role offering a stable working environment and a great opportunity to grow within a supportive company. The working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break daily.
Job Responsibility:
Interpret and respond to customer needs by using internal tools and liaising with external suppliers
Communicate realistic delivery timelines to clients
Keep product and part details consistently updated across all relevant platforms and databases
Work closely with colleagues in the sales support team to address any technical or product-related questions
Notify the finance team of any updates or changes to customer account information to ensure records remain accurate
Take on additional tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the department
Requirements:
Previous experience in internal sales or sales administration is essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in using business systems and maintaining accurate records
